This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Music Concierge Ltd collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) of the Music Concierge  (“Site”). This Privacy Policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by Music Concierge Ltd.

Music Concierge is a trading name of Music Concierge Ltd, headquartered at Brickendonbury, Brickendon Lane, Hertford, Hertfordshire, SG13 8NP.

Personal Identification Information

Information shared with these bodies is restricted to that necessary to comply with copyright law and our master content supply agreements, and includes business name, postal address of the venue in which the content is used, full name and email address of the appointed contact person, and play history.
  • To improve customer serviceInformation you provide helps us respond to your customer service requests and support needs more efficiently.
  • To personalise user experienceWe may use information in the aggregate to understand how our Users as a group use the services and resources provided on our Site.
  • To improve our SiteWe may use feedback you provide to improve our products and services.
  • To send periodic emailsWe may use the email address to send User information and updates pertaining to their service and account. It may also be used to respond to their enquiries, questions and/or other requests.
