Boodles
Boodles, founded in 1798, is Britain’s leading retailer of luxury, bespoke diamond jewellery, but inconsistent and inappropriate music was disrupting the customer experience.
Music Concierge conducted store visits to understand how the atmosphere could be enhanced, and how the sound of Boodles could be made more distinctive.
The outcome was a music concept that subtly displays the brand’s British heritage, conveys an air of modern elegance and encourages longer and more focused browsing.

Cathay Pacific
Cathay Pacific has a reputation for high levels of comfort and Asian-inflected elegance.
Wanting to change the forgettable, high-gloss atmosphere of conventional airport lounges, the airline enlisted Music Concierge to create engaging soundtracks for the various areas of The Pier – its Ilse Crawford-designed first-class lounge in Hong Kong. These were matched to the daily pattern of lounge use to ensure each evolved in accordance with the needs of Cathay Pacific travellers. The airline is now extending the music concept globally.

Dormy House is a luxurious hotel and spa set in a rural Cotswolds idyll.

Set amongst pristine waters and coral reefs, Fusaki Beach Resort Hotel & Villas is a boutique destination resort popular with both Japanese and international guests.
Located just south of Okinawa, Ishigaki is the southernmost island of Japan, and thus the resort offers a very different experience from the nation's mainland. Our consultant travelled to experience the island's unique ’tropical paradise' charm himself, liaising with hotel management and ownership to curate playlists for both pre-and post renovation requirements. The music was designed to appeal across a diverse range of guest nationalities/ages, and is tailored for how each outlet/amenity evolves through the day: reflecting the calming serenity of the daytime; the emotion of the spectacular sunsets, and then lifting in energy for a celebratory night experience.

The long-awaited opening of Peckham Levels in December 2017 brought a thrilling new arts and entertainment hub to SE London.
Filling 7 floors of a multi-storey car park, the project provides a home for a diverse array of creative start-ups and visual artists. The upper 2 levels are devoted to food, drink and events – with an array of street-food stalls, a bar, a yoga studio, and live music area.

One of the most highly anticipated Cape Town openings in recent years, Silo is a striking feat of architectural ingenuity on the V&A Waterfront.
