Working in close collaboration with Benugo HQ, we devised a family of playlists that incorporated client profile, brand personality, time of day and venue location into their music selection, resulting in warm, accessible and invitingly vibrant atmospheres.
Cathay Pacific has a reputation for high levels of comfort and Asian-inflected elegance.
Wanting to change the forgettable, high-gloss atmosphere of conventional airport lounges, the airline enlisted Music Concierge to create engaging soundtracks for the various areas of The Pier – its Ilse Crawford-designed first-class lounge in Hong Kong. These were matched to the daily pattern of lounge use to ensure each evolved in accordance with the needs of Cathay Pacific travellers. The airline is now extending the music concept globally.
Renowned for their exotic and enviable locations and incredible design, COMO Hotels & Resorts needed a worldwide signature sound with subtle local influences woven into the playlists at each hotel.
Experiencing each property first hand, Music Concierge gathered a deep understanding of the COMO ethos. The teams immersed themselves in local music and sought out traditional performances in places such as Bhutan and Bali to add a subtle but compelling sense of place.

The group needed to revitalise some of its older, much-loved restaurants and, having trialled Music Concierge at the highly successful Angelica in Leeds, they commissioned the development of a unique sound that complemented the atmosphere, energy, concept and trading pattern of each restaurant.

Dormy House is a luxurious hotel and spa set in a rural Cotswolds idyll.
Its atmosphere has to be highly nuanced to create a warm, cosy, pastoral feel, but with subtle quirky touches to delight the city escapees who make up its audience.

DESTINATION SHOPPING IN A MIDDLE EASTERN METROPOLIS
The first ‘super mall’ in Abu Dhabi, Yas Mall showcases around 400 international brands, making it one of the biggest retail centres in the UAE and an attraction for visitors from all over the world.
The mall needed a carefully curated signature sound that was elegant and chic enough to suit its brand, culturally diverse enough to appeal to the mall’s wide international audience, and appropriately paced to support the trading pattern and encourage browsing.
