LIFESTYLE

Music for one of Copenhagen's most distinctive lifestyle hotels

Hotel Sanders was created around the belief that memorable hospitality comes from the accumulation of carefully considered details. Founder Alexander Kølpin describes this as resonance: the feeling created when design, service, atmosphere and music work in harmony to produce something guests don't simply experience, but feel. Kølpin extends this idea through a musical analogy, comparing the hotel experience to an orchestra in which every element has its own character and purpose, but must contribute to the whole. It is a way of thinking that places exceptionally high expectations on music.

Capturing the resonance at the heart of the Sanders experience

Working closely with Kølpin and his team, we shaped a sound that reflects the same layered and collected character as the hotel itself.

From the Living Room to the Roof Terrace to Tata, the hotel's destination cocktail bar, the background music is curated for guests who choose Sanders for the same reasons they seek out exceptional restaurants, galleries and cultural experiences: originality, character and a sense of discovery. Today, Music Concierge curates music across the wider Kølpin portfolio, extending a creative partnership that began at Sanders.

CLIENT PERSPECTIVE

We were looking for a music partner that could capture the resonance and musicality of Sanders with a distinct and bespoke music profile. We believe in collecting music with heart and soul echoing who we are. Music Concierge delivered exactly that.
