LUXURY HOSPITALITY

A group-wide music and AV partnership for one of Europe’s most distinctive luxury hotel groups

Rocco Forte Hotels has invested heavily in its portfolio, refurbishing rooms and F&B spaces at landmark properties including Brown’s Hotel in London, Hotel de Russie in Rome, Hotel Savoy in Florence and Verdura Resort in Sicily, with further openings planned across Italy and beyond. As that reinvestment programme took shape, the group recognised that atmosphere, and the music and audio systems that help create it, needed to be addressed with the same rigour as the physical spaces themselves.

Music strategy and AV design, considered together

Music Concierge was appointed as a strategic partner across music direction and AV consultancy, bringing creative and technical expertise into one joined-up programme.

Our teams visited properties across the portfolio, spending time in each space to understand its positioning, guest experience, operating patterns, acoustics and existing infrastructure. Where audio systems were limiting the quality or flexibility of the experience, we identified the underlying challenges and shaped recommendations to improve performance, control and consistency. The result is a clearer connection between music strategy, technical delivery and the atmosphere each Rocco Forte property is investing in: distinctive, carefully managed and commercially valuable.
