DESTINATION DINING
Shaping a distinct music identity for each restaurant in one of London's most celebrated dining portfolios
Over forty years Jeremy King has defined what a great London restaurant feels like, from The Ivy and Le Caprice to The Wolseley and Brasserie Zédel. His current portfolio spans Arlington in Mayfair, The Park in Bayswater and the landmark reopening of Simpson's in the Strand. Each has its own history, interior world and clientele, and the music has been shaped to match.

Each room its own sound
At Arlington, which occupies the original Le Caprice site and retains its David Bailey portraits and monochrome precision, the music carries Mayfair glamour without overplaying it.
At The Park, a contemporary grand café facing Hyde Park whose warm wooden interiors nod to 1960s New York, the sound supports the mid-century transatlantic ease. At Simpson's, which reopened in 2026 nearly two centuries after its first service, music moves differently across Romano's, Simpson's Bar and Nellie's - each space holding its own character within a building that has fed London since 1828.
